Logistics center in Kirkkonummi
Noste.io has developed a logistics center to be built in Kirkkonummi for the use of Helsinki Shipyard.
Construction has already started, and a logistics center developed by Noste.io will be built in Kirkkonummi during 2026

Growth Lab Vehkala
Growth Lab Vehkala is a 3,000 m² commercial property complex developed by Noste.io, offering future-oriented workspace solutions.
Completed in 2025 in the attractive Vehkala area, the Growth Lab premises are leased by ALS Finland Oy and Revenio Group Oyj.
Noste.io has been responsible for the development and leasing of the property.

Retail Center in Harkkokuja
The Harkkokuja retail center is located in a prominent position in the Tammisto commercial area, just a stone’s throw from the Jumbo shopping centre.
The Harkkokuja retail center will provide 7,500 m² of retail space and has been fully leased by Noste.io.
The project is scheduled for completion in summer 2026.
