Versatility in Seinäjoki

Noste.io was involved in multiple roles in the development of the new Seinäjoki station area. The assignment began with project supervision tasks and, through good cooperation, expanded to include commissioning services. The project delivered new facilities for the Seinäjoki railway station, retail spaces, and premises for the wellbeing services county.

Both the project execution and commissioning were carried out in close cooperation with the property owners, Etelä-Pohjanmaan Hyvinvointialuee and eQ Liikekiinteistöt. The project was highly successful, and especially the commissioning phase was completed efficiently on a tight schedule. The clients were also very satisfied, as reflected in the following feedback:
