Conversion project in Käpyrinne

A former elderly care home has now been transformed into a functional and safe residential environment for mental health rehabilitation clients, and new residents have moved in.

In addition to spatial modifications, the building’s energy efficiency was improved and the facades were renewed. The entire project was carried out in close cooperation with the long-term client Kansallis-yhtiöt and representatives of the tenant.
